The corrupted isle suddenly gives way to infrastructure, but it doesn't quite lose its barren aesthetic. Zone 1 is an upheaval of plastic and glass, full of dilapidated, rectangular buildings. Rivers of meat pumped from an unknown origin cut through the townscape, giving it a distinct stench of rot. Although inhabited by Elsen, a race of sad, bleary eyed humanoids, they don't speak much sense. There is an unshakable sense of sadness about this place.

|end of the world
If you walk far enough West - further away from the eastern beach that faces Crescent Island - you'll be taken to a strange place, smothered in purple hues. This is where the fragments of worlds that have been destroyed are collected; while the Corrupted Isle in and of itself exists on the fringes, this truly is the very marker of the end of the world. There are glittering, crystalline caverns, and a long stretch of what seems to be empty purple sky that one can walk across. You cannot reach the western ocean once you have entered this domain; it barely even seems to exist as part of this reality. Your only choice would be to turn around and walk back to Zone 1 or the eastern beach to reach civilization again. While this place seems beautifully empty, the occasional powerful monster lurks within.
